PayIt has been named a GovTech 100 company for 2022, earning the distinction from Government Technology magazine for the sixth consecutive year.
The GovTech 100 is an annual list identifying 100 companies that positively contribute to the advancement of state and local government agencies in the United States. This is the seventh year that Government Technology magazine has published the list.
Last year, in 2021, PayIt was featured as an “essential” recipient for its role in assisting agency partners with rapid, agile responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.One example of this is with Palm Beach County, Florida, which leveraged PayIt’s government technology solutions to expand online access to the marriage license process in March 2020. This digital transition ensured that citizens could become legally married and share in spousal health benefits throughout the pandemic. It also guaranteed the safety of constituents and government employees alike, as reference numbers and links to pay online were delivered digitally after citizens submitted the necessary forms.
