Alex Stepanek is a senior associate on the expansion and fundraising teams. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing investments, supporting business development efforts and providing due diligence support.

Previously, Mr. Stepanek was the director of program development for a national nonprofit leadership organization based in Richmond, VA, where he was responsible for heading multiple growth initiatives for the organization.  

Mr. Stepanek received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
